Covid-19 Information for our Visitors
Latest Update – 09th August 2021
When visiting please follow Government Guidelines at all times.
All adults from your visiting party must check in to Test & Protect on arrival. We have a cafe within the premises and the collection of contact details is currently a requirement for hospitality settings. QR codes links are available on entry and exit to register your details and make a record of your visit.
In line with Scottish government guideline face masks remain mandatory within indoor public buildings. Children under aged 12 are not required to wear face coverings. Additionally other exemptions apply.
We do not operate dated tickets or time slots for admission, so you may arrive at a time that suits. At peak arrival times (between 11:30am and 14:00pm) there may be a need to queue outside if the aquarium capacity has been reached.
Deep Sea World – Our Safety Measures
The health and safety of our visitors and team is our number one priority.
We have retained a reduced capacity limit, a one way system and hygiene screens are still in place for most of your journey around the aquarium. Please adhere to the system and be considerate of those in front and behind you, this will assist in preventing crowding in certain areas within the aquarium.
Enhanced cleaning measures are in place with periodic inhouse cleaning of touch points throughout the operational day.
